A glimpse into our daily life shows simple moments, shared laughter, hard work, and the beauty of everyday experiences together.

Paramedic-led clinical triage

From early on, our paramedics are working through triage—reviewing information, calling patients back, assessing risk, and making a clear plan. Many cases are resolved on the call with advice and safety-netting; others are booked into the right clinician or escalated quickly when needed.

Home visits (out in the community)

While triage is running, our visiting clinicians are out supporting patients who can’t easily get to the practice. Each visit is coordinated by clinical priority and geography, with clear documentation fed back to the practice.

Vaccination services (end-to-end delivery)

Vaccination clinics don’t happen by accident. Lists, booking, stock, cold-chain, staffing, and clinic flow all need to line up — and we also take vaccinations out into the community, visiting housebound patients and care homes to help protect the frail and vulnerable.

Extended hours Saturday clinics

When practices need extra capacity, we step in with extended hours Saturday clinics—creating additional appointments, reducing backlog, and helping teams catch up in a far more cost-effective way than adding permanent capacity, without compromising safety.

Behind it all, Jane and Simone coordinate delivery day-to-day—liaising closely with practice teams and our staff, aligning rotas and capacity, and making sure every clinic, visit, and triage session runs smoothly end-to-end.
